BCL TYPE (Roller diameter 32mm) Straightener

For thickness upto 1.6mm., Roller dia 32mm., Single point adjustment, with or without VFD Panels. All rolls are hardened, ground and chrome plated. And all standard electrical motors and gear box used.

1. Suitable for straightening of various thinner metal sheets, good effect.

2. A variable speed control is used normal and high speed operation, control by modern frequency converters, keep pace with press, stable feeding.

3. All rolls are made of solid steel, have all been quenched, hard- chrome plated and grinded with HRC60 hardness.

4. Selection range is extensive according to the thickness of the materials and work pieces.

CLS TYPE (Roller diameter 60mm) Straightener

For thickness upto 3.0mm., Roller dia 60mm., Single point adjustment, with or without VFD Panels. All rolls are hardened, ground and chrome plated. And all standard electrical motors and gear box used.

HS-A TYPE (Roller diameter 80mm) Straightener

For thickness upto 4.5mm., Roller dia 80mm., with or without VFD Panels. All rolls are hardened, ground and chrome plated. And all standard electrical motors and gear box used.

• It is able to exactly match the Double End Coil Cradle, Easy operation, It can complete match with high speed press, Use with roll feeder machine effect will be better.
