- Multi-Stage feeding function: You can enter 05 different sets of feeding stroke, each of them could provide 100 times pressing strokes at most by computerized. Compared with common feeding, alternate feeding has the advantages of saving costs and setting storkes flexibly, and is applicable to a variety of arrangement.
- Flexibility to set feeding stroke: Feed stroke setting without adjusting any mechanical body, only enter the length dimension on the touch-display control panel.
- Feeding roller: Surface with hardness HRC60, hard chrome plated or sand blast for non-slip, high wear resistance, can hold on machine life, improve quality and production efficiency, reduce costs. The adoption of high rigidity linear slide guide and precision ball screw can improve stability.
- High-Precision Servo ControlHigh precision feeding stroke has high precision dimension. The Error of feeding can be controlled within 0.03mm, to meet increasing requirement of processing.
